First Date gets its cushiony, milky texture from a carefully balanced emollient system—not from simply loading the formula with heavy oils.
We use lightweight emollients including Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Coco-Caprylate/Caprate to create that soft, moisturised feel without the heavy, greasy finish often associated with richer oils.
And despite the name, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate isn’t coconut oil. It’s a lightweight ester commonly used to give formulas a silky, fast-spreading skin feel.
The formula is then balanced with 75%+ Birch Sap, 6 Ceramides and dual Hyaluronic Acid, so skin feels hydrated and cushioned rather than coated.
