Yes — that’s one of its three functions. Dawn Break Moi-starter is a 3-in-1 formula that works as a collagen serum, moisturiser, and primer in a single step. The primer-finish film smooths skin texture, blurs pores, and creates a grip that holds foundation and makeup in place all day. Apply it after cleansing (and toning if you prefer), wait 30 seconds for it to absorb, then apply makeup directly over it.
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR OILY OR COMBINATION SKIN?
Yes. Despite being deeply hydrating, Dawn Break has a lightweight, non-sticky texture that absorbs quickly without leaving
residue. It won’t clog pores or make oily areas greasy. The hyaluronic acid base provides hydration without heaviness, while the primer finish creates a matte-smooth surface. Many customers with combination skin find it actually helps control oil throughout the day because well-hydrated skin produces less excess sebum.
